Define where flexible treatment belongs

Agree the appearance and work boundaries

A tidy bead should follow the intended joint without covering poor preparation or unnecessarily spreading onto the tile face. If access behind a fixture is restricted, that boundary is explained before the job rather than left to interpretation at handover.

Protect the bead while it becomes ready for use

Keep the joint in the conditions required by the product after application and avoid disturbing the finish during the specified waiting period. We explain when cleaning or normal use can resume. Save the product and colour details for future repairs. If later movement exceeds what the installation can accommodate, the cause should be assessed instead of disguising a changing gap with progressively wider beads.
